The story starts out in a world where there is a powder that can bring the dead back to life and make the living immortal. Powder Hunters around the globe look for the Rings of the Dead in order to gain the power of the powder (strange sort of rhyme there... o_O). Akutabi Gamma is one of these hunters, searching for the powder for an unknown reason.
